Our Terms and Conditions

1. CARRIAGE TERMS
   UK – Minimum order value for free carriage is £200.00.  A carriage charge of £8.75 is levied if below minimum order value.
   NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, and I.O.W & I.O.M & Eire – Minimum order value is £500.00 / €575
   Delivery charge of £30.00 / €34.50 is levied if below minimum order value.
2. PRICES
   All prices quoted in the price list are exclusive of VAT and are subject to confirmation at time of order. The company reserves the right to amend prices as circumstances dictate.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
   Payment of accounts must be strictly within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to effect payment by the due date may result in suspension of deliveries. We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per calendar month on any unpaid amounts outside the credit period. We reserve the right to charge a fee for credit card payments if the account is overdue.Credit limits will be given to approved accounts at the discretion of the Company, but bank and trade references will still be required. The Company may cancel or amend any previously given credit limit.
4. RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK
   The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment in full of all outstanding monies has been made to Hampton Frames Limited. Risk in goods supplied passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery.
5. DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
   Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to the Company within 10 working days of receipt otherwise no liability can be accepted. Claims for shortages, non-delivery or breakage of goods must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the invoice.
6. RETURNS
   The Company does not offer Sale or Return. In exceptional circumstances goods may be returned with prior authorisation. On such occasions all returned goods must be in their original packaging, be in a resalable condition and have suitable protection for return to the Company’s warehouse. The Company reserves the right to levy a restocking charge where appropriate.
7. GENERAL
   Time is not of the essence. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods to the Customer and cannot be superseded by the Customer’s terms. The contract between the Company and the Customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.E & OE
