We use the finest sustainable wood including solid oak. Our photo frames have a good weight, density and grain. Other woods include acacia, margosa and poplar. The frames are handmade and have a very smooth finish. Oak wood is especially good for engraving or laser etching. The backs and struts of our picture frames are good quality MDF mainly with a black paint spray finish.

We also use fir and MDF which is very eco-friendly for our distressed finish and shabby chic photo frames. All our frames are finished to the highest standards.
